Big SNOW American Dream
1 American Dream Wy, East Rutherford, NJ 07073
Rating: ♡♡♡♡ 4 out of 5 hearts
America's only indoor snow dome, and the place that gave me the confidence to ride outdoors. Big SNOW is open year-round and perfect for practice. From gear to private lessons, it was key to my journey.
Just a heads up - they have a 3.5 Yelp rating, and someone keeps changing their listing to Bath & Body Works (does this look like Bath & Body Works?!). Also, avoid October through February—that's peak season when it's packed. Hit the other months for a much better experience.

Rating: ♡♡ 2 out of 5 hearts
Small, budget-friendly, and good for total beginners but be cautious. This is where I blew out my knee due to reckless kids and poor conditions. Not the most organized place, but okay for a low-key intro to snowboarding.
