I. Refund & Return Policy
All sales made through DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC via dreamlikediana.com, Etsy, Lulu Press, Amazon, or any other authorized sales channel are final. Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted.
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and/or digital nature of DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC's products, refunds cannot be issued. Digital items are delivered electronically upon purchase and cannot be returned. Physical items are manufactured to order and undergo quality inspection prior to fulfillment. Planners and printed publications sold through Lulu Press or Amazon are subject to those platforms' respective fulfillment and return policies in addition to the terms herein.
Purchasers are solely responsible for reading all product descriptions, specifications, file format disclosures, and compatibility requirements in full prior to completing a transaction. DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC assumes no liability for purchases made without sufficient review of available product information.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Difficulty downloading, unzipping, or accessing digital files
Printer, device, or software incompatibility
Misreading or failure to read product descriptions
Variations in color display due to individual monitor calibration
Delays or disruptions by third-party carriers or fulfillment partners
Customs holds, import duties, or international shipping delays
Order Issues
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have received a defective, damaged, or materially incorrect item, please contact DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC via the official contact form at dreamlikediana.com. All inquiries will receive a response within one (1) to three (3) business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC reserves the sole discretion to determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit, on a case-by-case basis.
By completing a purchase from DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC through any authorized sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety.

DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC is not liable for any additional charges related to your order incurred after a transaction is completed on the Site or any associated platform. Such charges may include, but are not limited to, customs or duty fees, bank fees, and transaction fees associated with your payment method. You agree to pay all such charges and acknowledge that payment may be required to receive your order.
DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC is not liable for inconveniences resulting from failure to read or understand information listed on the Site or applicable platforms, including but not limited to shipping estimates, policy disclosures, or product specifications. DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may interfere with product or service delivery, including customs holds, postal service policies, natural disasters, or workforce disruptions.

DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC creates and monetizes content across multiple channels, including but not limited to blogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital media platforms. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. Ownership

All rights are reserved. No license, permission, or right to use any Protected Work is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC.
Prohibition on Unauthorized Use of Images and Content

This prohibition applies to, but is not limited to:
Uploading Protected Works to any AI training dataset, database, or repository
Using Protected Works as inputs, prompts, or reference materials for AI model training or fine-tuning
Scraping, crawling, or otherwise harvesting Protected Works from this Site or any associated platform for the purpose of AI data collection
Including Protected Works in any dataset used for the development or improvement of generative AI tools, including but not limited to image generation, text generation, or multimodal AI systems
Using Protected Works to create synthetic training data or AI-generated derivatives
Any individual, organization, corporation, or automated system that uses Protected Works in violation of this prohibition does so without authorization and in direct violation of applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and applicable provisions of the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC reserves all rights to pursue all available legal remedies against any party found to be in violation of this prohibition, including but not limited to:
Filing DMCA takedown notices and seeking removal of infringing content
Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
Pursuing claims for actual damages, statutory damages, and disgorgement of profits under applicable copyright law
Seeking attorneys' fees and litigation costs as permitted by law
Reporting violations to relevant regulatory authorities and platform operators
The prohibition set forth in this section applies retroactively to any use of Protected Works that occurred prior to the effective date of these Terms and that was not authorized in writing by DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC.
