Rapid Fire Questions

  • For a long time the color pink has been a guilty pleasure of mine and a secret. It speaks of femininity & delicate innocence. It was not a color anyone would have considered me to like.

I am a strong female, and am considered "intimidating" or "aggressive" to a lot of people. My friends like to joke that they know who the dominant one is in my relationship. But in reality, I'm only dominant when I have to be. There's no way you can get by and do all the things I've accomplished without having a backbone.

Whenever I told people my favorite color is pink, I would always be met with a, "REALLY?!?!" Like yes, really.

I think hiding this portion of myself away for so many years really made it explode in my late 20s & early 30s. It couldn't be hidden anymore. The pink fought for its right for attention, and therefore, I truly embraced it! I'm so glad I did because I'm so much happier!

You like what you like, end of story. The right people will accept you for it.

Liking & embracing pink and being a snowboarder has taught me you can be both feminine and badass at the same time!

Secondly, let's break this question down a little further.

How to access & download digitals & printables:

    1. Proceed through checkout.

    2. Make sure the email address you are inputting at checkout is your REAL email address.

    3. Once your payment has cleared, your download will be sent to the email address you provide.

    4. You will receive a secure link in the email to the file(s) lasting 24 hours after the first download.

    5. Please make sure to check your spam folder just in case.

    6. Please save it to your Google Drive, Apple Cloud, PC, for your safe keeping.

How to import into digital planning:

    • With PC: transfer the PDF to your Google Drive or similar. On your iPad, open Google Drive, find the file, and open it into GoodNotes and it will automatically import.

    • With Mac: you can use a USB or airdrop to import it into Goodnotes.

    • You can also import the PDF into any other PDF reader of your choice such as ZoomNotes, Noteshelf, Notability, Drawboard, Xodo, etc.

    How to print:

    1. You will get the best printing results by printing through Adobe Reader (it's free!) http://get.adobe.com/reader/

    2. Within Adobe Reader, please select “Custom Scale” at “100%.”

    3. Cut along the dashed line and insert it into your planner or journal of choice. You can use tape, washi tape, or double-sided tape to insert it in.

  • Absolutely NOT!

By using my designs for commercial purposes or reposting them without permission, you are infringing on my intellectual property rights, which include copyright protections. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of my work is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

I don't need exposure, thanks. My website already gets plenty of it—it's how people like you find me in the first place. Exposure doesn't pay the bills or support my work. If you truly value my art, you can support me by purchasing it or finding someone who sells their work for royalties. Otherwise, please respect my intellectual property.

For those who want to user my art commercially, you can find all the details & prices on my services page.

  • At this time, no. It may change, it may not. I want to though, but with a caveat. My goal is to work with bigger brands that I resonate with. I don't think I'll ever do custom work for personal use or individual commissions or anything like that.

I have a future to think about, and I'm sorry if this sounds horrible, but I just have really big dreams and I have to focus on the big picture—the vision I have to achieve them. With the limited time I already have and my age, I don't think I could fit in personal custom orders or commissions.

    Thank you for understanding!

  • Thank you so much! I actually designed my website from scratch entirely on my own—no template. While Squarespace does offer numerous templates and designers to choose from, I've been practicing art since I was a child and started working with graphic design and websites at 13, teaching myself all the necessary coding languages along the way.

The entire design, layout, and aesthetic of this site is my original creation and is copyrighted and protected under DREAMLIKEDIANA LLC.

I really appreciate your interest! I'm not available for client website work anymore, but I'm so glad the design resonates with you. Best of luck with your own site!

Processing & Shipping

  • Please give 1-10 business days (Monday through Friday; non-holidays) to process & ship your order.

  • Right now, I'm working on a 1-10 business day turnaround time for all orders! Just so you know, this timeframe can change depending on how busy things get.

Here's what "business days" means: Monday through Friday during regular business hours - weekends and holidays don't count in this timeframe.

Your turnaround time officially starts the first business day after you place your order. So if you order on a Wednesday, your first business day would be Thursday! If you order on a Friday or Saturday, your first business day would be Monday. And remember, this timeframe is just for me to create your order - shipping time is separate and gets added on top.

  • Here's a friendly guide to help you know when to expect your happy mail! Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the postal service, but rest assured—I pack and ship your order with love and care as quickly as I can. 💌

Economy Shipping – $0.95 (No Tracking) This super budget-friendly option is great for small sticker orders!

    • Sent via USPS First-Class Letter with a good old-fashioned postage stamp ✨

    • No tracking is available with this method

    • Typically arrives within 7–10 business days, though sometimes it may take a little longer depending on USPS and where you live

Important Note: Because Economy Shipping doesn't include tracking, I unfortunately can't be responsible for any lost or delayed mail when this option is selected. If you'd like peace of mind or are ordering something you really want to keep an eye on, I strongly recommend upgrading to Standard Shipping!

That said, as a fellow sticker addict, I've sent and received many packages through untracked letter mail—and every single one has arrived safely! Occasionally they take a bit longer (especially international ones), but they've always made it to their destination.

Standard Shipping – (With Tracking) Perfect for a little extra security! Prices will vary.

    • Shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service

    • You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it on its journey

    • Typically arrives within 5–7 business days, though USPS delays can occasionally happen

Thank you so much for supporting me & my small business! Every order means the world to me! If you ever have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out via the contact form below. I'm here to help!

  • Yes, I do! However, international shipping is currently limited to untracked letter mail only.

    Estimated Delivery Times
    Canada: 2–3 weeks
    Everywhere Else: 3–8 weeks

Once your order is shipped and handed off to the postal carrier, it is officially out of my hands. I am not liable for any lost or damaged packages in transit. That said, if you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out through the contact form below—I'm always happy to help where I can.

  • International buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. I cannot mark your package as a gift or lower its value to avoid these fees.

Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • During November and December, shipping times may be delayed due to holiday demand and carrier slowdowns. I work as quickly as possible to get your order out, but please allow for additional transit time.

  • The shipping fee helps cover more than just the stamp or shipping label! It includes the cost of postage, packaging materials (like envelopes, protective sleeves, and thank you cards), and platform fees such as Etsy’s automatic relisting charge. I keep shipping as affordable as possible while making sure your order is safely packaged and delivered with care. ♡

Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

  • Oh no! I totally get how frustrating that is — and I'm here to help guide you through what to do next 💌

First things first: don't panic just yet! Sometimes USPS marks a package as "delivered" early and actually delivers it the next day or so (classic USPS moment).

    Here's what to do:

    1. Wait 2 days — Give USPS a little wiggle room. It often shows up within that time.

    2. Check around — Peek at your porch, mailbox, garage, side doors, apartment parcel lockers, and behind planters. Ask neighbors or building staff if they saw anything!

🚨 Still missing after 2 days? Time to take action:

Here's how to start a Missing Mail Search with USPS:

    1. Go to Missing Mail Search on USPS.com

    2. Click "Start Your Missing Mail Search"

    3. Log in or create a USPS account

    4. Fill in the details of your shipment (tracking number, mailing address, etc.)

    5. Submit the request and save a screenshot or confirmation email from USPS

📩 After you've submitted your claim, feel free to message me just to let me know — I appreciate the heads-up! But there's no need to wait for my reply to take action — you're already doing exactly what's needed. 🙌

If the package is still missing 10 days after the delivery date, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page and include:

    • Your name & order number

    • A screenshot or copy of the USPS confirmation

    • Any updates you've received from USPS

💌 Note: This policy applies only to tracked shipping orders. Orders shipped via Untracked Economy/International Economy do not include tracking and unfortunately cannot be investigated through USPS.

Thank you so much for being proactive and patient — running a small business means I can't replace every missing package like Amazon, but I'll always do my best to support you 💖✨

  • If you'd like to follow up directly with the carrier:

    USPS Phone Number: 1-800-275-8777
    USPS Lost Package: click here

Once a package leaves my hands, it's in the carrier's control, but I'm always here to support you if things go sideways.

Freebies

  • Squarespace requires billing fields for all digital products, even free ones. But don’t worry—you can skip payment details, and you won’t be charged.

  • Hey, so you know how TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube could just poof disappear one day? (It happens!) If that ever went down, I wouldn’t want to lose touch with you. That’s why I collect emails—it’s like a backup plan to stay connected, no matter what happens to social media.

    Here’s the deal:

    • I’m not gonna spam you. I hate getting a ton of emails too, so I only email if it’s something super important or if I really need to reach you.

    • It’s like a safety net. If social media platforms go away, I’ll still have a way to let you know about updates, new products, or anything cool I’m working on.

    • You’re in control. If you ever don’t want to hear from me, you can unsubscribe anytime—no hard feelings!

For me, as a shop/business/blogger, collecting emails is just smart. It’s like having a direct line to you, just in case everything else falls apart. And honestly, I respect your inbox too much to fill it with junk. So, it’s really just about staying connected when it matters. Cool? 😊

  • Freebies are created at my discretion. If you have an idea or a suggestion, feel free to share it! However, I’ll decide whether to make it and whether it will be a freebie or a paid product.

  • All of my digital goodies are hand-drawn from scratch—every line, every design (except workbooks). If something took me a long time to create, it’s a paid product. Freebies, on the other hand, are usually quick creations—things I spent less than an hour making without overthinking. Many freebies come from collaborations or blog posts, but not every collab or post includes a freebie.

Other

  • dreamlikediana is "dream LIKE diana."

    Dreamlike Innovations is dreamlike innovations.

It's a play on words. but if the shoe fits as "dreamlike diana," go for it, but i always intended it to be "dream like diana."

  • I've always been an artist for as long as I can remember. Like, if I'm going to put a number on it, I'm going to say 4. Around that age, my dad tried his hand at having his own business. Long story short, it failed, but there was this small mom & pop art shop right next door. I was in there every day, just looking at everything. The owner, an older woman, started giving me scraps of art supplies that didn't sell. I would make random stuff with it.

Unfortunately, my mom never believed in art—only in science, law, medicine, and being a teacher. You know, old school immigrant tiger mom mindset, so everything I made she threw away without me knowing about it... But as time went on, I've kept all my sketchbooks and doodles. Yup, even the ones I did in school!

Around the age of 13, I taught myself how to code and self-taught myself graphic design. I was already selling custom design work for some monetary gain, mainly for Gaia Online cards. I wanted to pursue art in college, but of course art school critics and my mom made me give it up. In that, I lost myself, my purpose, who I am.

I took up content creation as a hobby because I loved being creative no matter what, but I truly wasn't myself for a long time without my art. Coming back to it was a struggle because I lost a lot of skill, and it was frustrating as hell. I had to relearn a lot. I had to accept things I didn't want to. I wasn't a full beginner, but I wasn't where I wanted to be.

At the end of the day, my experiences made me who I am today, and my art is so much better than it was simply because I've lived life and spent the last few years self-teaching myself that it's okay to be where I'm at. Done is better than perfect, and in a few years I'll be even better than where I'm at now. But right now, I love my progress and I love that I can bring to life the pieces that fill my heart and soul with joy.
