Snowboarding for Life RX was inspired by two very real parts of my life.

I have scar tissue on my right lung and have dealt with more health problems than I ever expected (or want to admit). At one point, doctors and medical professionals couldn’t help me anymore. Nothing was working or helping so they gave up on trying.

But I didn’t.

I kept living my life, even when it meant getting severely sick for a month straight afterward. I chased everything on my bucket list anyway, because life is too short to wait for perfect timing.

One of those dreams? Snowboarding. I’d wanted to take lessons since I was 10. Eventually, I finally did, and I quickly learned that snowboarding isn’t something you master in one day. I kept showing up at least once a month to practice, fall, and try again. And through that steady commitment, something unexpected happened: I began to heal naturally.

Two different lung doctors, a year apart, told me that snowboarding had actually changed the way my lungs looked—and more than that, it improved my entire health. They both said the same thing: I need snowboarding for life.

This design is a reflection of that truth. It’s for every woman who’s found healing in movement, joy in progress, or strength in showing up no matter what she’s been through.

Here's a general idea of when your happy mail should arrive! Times may vary a bit depending on your location, but we do our best to get it to you quickly.

United States: 1–2 weeks

✿ Tracked Letter Mail – $1.11: Once your order is scanned and on its way, it usually arrives within 3–10 business days.

✿ Untracked Letter Mail – $0.95: Typically arrives in 7–10 business days, but please note—I unfortunately can't be responsible for any lost or delayed mail when this option is selected. But most arrive safely!

Canada: 2–3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3–8 weeks
