The Planners & Tools I’m Actually Using in 2026
It’s almost halfway through the year — and yes, I’m just now sharing my planner stack. That’s kind of the point. Planning doesn’t have to start in January to count. Here’s what’s actually making it into my daily life in 2026, what I put down, and what keeps earning its spot back.
Before I get into it, a quick nod to Passion Planner and Lavendaire, two brands I genuinely love and have used for years. They’re not in my daily rotation right now, but they haven’t left my life. My Passion Planner Daily is still my memory scrapbook, and Lavendaire’s TBHD deck comes in clutch when I want to pull a random question on myself. I also have the 2026 Artist of Life Workbook — I may pick it up at some point. It’s great for working through certain areas of life I want to build differently. If either of those brands resonates with you, they’re worth exploring. They’re just not where I live right now.
Here’s what I’ve learned about planning: it’s not about finding the perfect tool. It’s about building a flexible foundation that adapts to whatever season you’re in. Some tools I put down and pick back up months later. Others stay with me consistently, year after year. If something makes a repeat appearance here, it earned it.
Everything I’m sharing has been tested in the trenches of my actual daily life — not theoretical recommendations. These are the tools that held up when deadlines hit, when life got chaotic, and when I needed systems that didn’t require me to be perfect to make them work. This stack may evolve throughout the year, and if it does, I’ll update this post.
Just a heads-up: None of my blog posts are sponsored! Every post is honest and straight from the heart, sharing information and value that I believe could genuinely benefit you. This post includes links to my own shop and products, plus a few affiliate links, which means I might earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those affiliate links (at no extra cost to you!). What I’m Using Right Now
That’s the stack. Simple on purpose. If you want more on how I actually use these day to day, watch my video below — A Sleepy Girl’s Guide to Running a Business — for the full breakdown on tools, routines, and how I keep things moving without burning out.
