And that's okay. Honest transparency is part of how I do business. This is a first edition, and every version gets better.

I’ve been planning my life with my own systems since before “bullet journal” was even a term. Back then, it was artsy spreads, color-coded pages, and layouts I made up because nothing existing made sense for how I actually thought. I wasn’t following a system — I was building one.

Fast forward nearly a decade in the Passion Planner. I loved it — and then I outgrew it. I was customizing so much of it that it wasn’t really the Passion Planner anymore. I still use some of their other products, but for weekly planning, I needed something different. Something with more intention baked in. Something that asked harder questions. Something that actually acknowledged the way I think.

My partner Rob (yes, the same one from the “Do You Have It In Pink?” story) felt overwhelmed by traditional planner formats. I get it — I was there once too. I wanted to build something that worked for both of us. Something that didn’t require a tutorial. I originally considered separate versions for different people, but the more I sat with it, the more I realized the system I was building was universal. It didn’t need to be gendered to be personal.

So I built the planner I always wished I had. Action goal-based. Mindset-forward. Habit-driven. Built on the belief that your dream life is achievable — not through hustle culture and grind, but through 1% better every day, understanding your energy, and showing up with intention even on the hard days.

This is version one. And I already know what I’m improving next. But I also know that right now, this is the best thing I’ve seen built for people like us. It’s just the beginning.

Paper & Ghosting:

This planner is printed on lightweight planning paper (approximately 60# text / ~90 GSM). This weight keeps the planner flexible, portable, and easy to use every day. Due to the lighter paper weight, some ghosting from printed pages is visible, and additional ghosting may occur depending on your writing tools. Best suited for pens, pencils, and everyday writing instruments. Heavy markers and alcohol-based pens may bleed through.

Cover:

This edition features a softcover (paperback) design with a soft-touch laminate finish — smooth, suede-like, and more durable than standard matte lamination. The soft-touch coating has a slightly grippy, porous texture, which means it can attract fine paper dust during manufacturing and trimming. If you notice small white specks on your cover, check whether they are trapped under the lamination (not removable) or just surface dust clinging to the finish (removable). A slightly damp, soft microfiber cloth gently wiped across the cover will lift any post-trim dust right out of that suede texture. This is a normal characteristic of soft-touch lamination and not a defect.

Known Typo:

There is one spacing irregularity on the last question of the monthly reflection pages. It is fully legible and does not affect usability. It will be corrected in the next edition. For a first edition built by one person, I am proud of every other page.

Color:

Color on product images may vary from monitor to monitor due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

First Edition Transparency:

This is a first edition planner, made to order in the USA with no minimum print runs. This keeps pricing accessible and production realistic for where this brand is right now. It also means certain premium upgrades — like lay-flat binding, ribbon bookmarks, or envelope pouches — are not included in this version. I am already taking notes on what improves next. Every iteration gets better. This is just the beginning.

PROCESSING TIME

Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Larger orders may require an additional day. During busy holiday seasons, production can extend to 7–10 business days or more. Production time estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by national holidays, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen delays. Shipping time begins after production is complete and depends on the shipping method selected.

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, report it within 30 days via the contact form with photo proof, video proof, and a selfie holding the item. The original item must be returned before any exchange is processed.
