This is completely standard for manufacturing and is very different from a blurry or low-resolution image. The artwork is designed to look crisp and vibrant during everyday use!

Every phone case is made to order. I work with a U.S. manufacturer located near my favorite mountain in Upstate New York, which means each case is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

If you purchase stickers with your phone case, they may ship separately.

Getting your model right matters — here's how to check in under a minute:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Scroll down and tap General.

3. Tap About.

4. Find Model Name — that's your phone model.

5. Select it from the dropdown when you add to cart.

I met my now-significant other in probably the most unexpected way—mid-snowburn.

I was still learning to snowboard, riding in a rosy pink crop top with a hoodie. But learning is a workout. I was overheating, so I ditched the hoodie. I didn’t even know what snowburn was... until I got it. On my elbow. Badly.

The first aid crew patched me up and sent me to the store to buy a base layer—something light, warm, and protective. That’s where I met him.

“Do you have base layers?” I asked. He showed me a few. They were all dull, loose, boring.

“Do you have it in pink?” I asked. He pulled out some hot pinks. Not my pink.

“That’s not pink,” I said. “That’s hot pink. I meant like... cute pink.” He looked at me like I was a little unhinged.

Fast-forward a few months—soft, perfect pinks started appearing on the shelves. Coincidence? Maybe. But now he wears pink snowboarding gear head to toe, matching me, and it all started with that one question, “Do you have it in pink?”

Here's a general idea of when your happy mail should arrive! Times may vary a bit depending on your location, but we do our best to get it to you quickly.

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States.

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days since every case is made to order.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Tracking will be provided as soon as your order leaves production.

✿ INTERNATIONAL

• Canada: $24.95 shipping (usually arrives in ~2 weeks)

• Rest of World: $29.95 shipping (usually arrives in ~3 weeks)

International orders are shipped using Asendia e-PAQ Plus with full tracking.

Please note that customs delays and international transit times can occasionally extend delivery windows.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

All items are inspected before being shipped for quality. Due to the nature of each item being handmade, made to order, and a small business, I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns. All sales are final.

Because every DREAMLIKEDIANA phone case is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect device selection. Tiny ink pixels visible upon close inspection are standard manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects. Exchanges are only available for defective items.

If your case arrives damaged, physically defective, or is not the item you originally ordered, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery using the contact form. Every DREAMLIKEDIANA phone case is backed by a 12-month international warranty covering manufacturing defects — prints will not fade or peel under normal use.
