How to Reach Me

If you ever need help with an order or have a question that is not covered on the FAQ page, there are two ways to get in touch depending on where you are shopping.

If you placed your order through my website, you can reach me through the contact page right here on the site. 

1.Navigate to the menu, find “Shop” and under the “Shop” category there are multiple links.

2.Find “FAQs” under “Shop” and click on it.

3.You will be brought to the FAQ page. Which you can see looks like this on PC/laptop, but very similarly on mobile.

4.Once there, you will see the heading “FAQs & Policies” under it there is an idea of how things are organized BUT they are also clickable.

5.Click on “Help” to be transported to the Contact section. You can also scroll down to the very bottom of the page, like shown.

6.Click on the “ C O N T A C T “ button. A popup will appear. It will also appear on any device not just PC/laptop.

7.After you see the disclaimer, you can scroll down. And ask a product question or get order help.

Shop & order questions get seen and answered faster than all other inquiries. Please do not send repeated messages as it will put you further down the queue.

If you shopped through Etsy, the best way to reach me is through Etsy messages directly on the platform. I do my best to respond in a timely manner and I am happy to help with whatever you need.
