Returns Policy


Return requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days past purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

All returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it, and
  • In all of its original packaging
For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the defects or damage in your return/refund request. 

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please email with "Return" in the subject line. Please include the following:
  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
For any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges / Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or lost due to shipment error. Email with the following:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Photo of defect/damage (if applicable)
If you received the wrong item and need to exchange it, email with "Wrong Item" in the subject line. Please include:
  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Photo of all items received in your package (ONE photo with all items)


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please include your Name and Order Number in/on your package so we may verify your return.
